I live in a historic 1870 home that is being lovingly restored. Brohaul removed a drop ceiling and original plaster ceiling above it to expose the floor joists of the room above. The job was very complicated due to the existence pipes and wires; with extreme care, caution and methodical execution Brohaul removed both ceilings plus the networks of 2x4s and laths that held them. Afterwards they left the surfaces and room exceptionally clean! Their finishing work to hide some exposed pipes and wires is done to perfection. While Brohaul may specialize in demolition they equally specialize in quality craftsmanship that befits historic structures!
